Return Policy

I want you to be as happy with your product as I was when I created it, so if you're not happy, let me know, and I'll start the return process for you. 

If your item has been broken in transit, please keep everything - including the packaging - and let me know. Since the items are insured, I will need the product back. I'll send you a prepaid shipping label. 

I think you'll find that most personalized products purchased online are non-refundable. I will accept returns within 15 days of the purchase price on personalized products as long as the reason for return is not due to a spelling error or image error on your part. Make sure to check your spelling and the image when you order.
